We aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently across Pakistan.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed after confirmation. Our standard estimated delivery time is 4–7 days, depending on your location, product availability, and courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on selected small items. COD may not be available for larger or higher-value crockery products.

Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery charges will be communicated or displayed at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Friends Crockery is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please document the condition and contact us as soon as possible.
