4. Payment

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or other payment methods. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and delivery information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Friends Crockery is not responsible for unexpected courier delays.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video as evidence. Claims made without proper evidence may not be accepted.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses. Friends Crockery will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

10. Intellectual Property
